If you sign up for a weekly or bi-weekly service, your card will be billed once per month. The breakdown of your payment will be provided on your service agreement.
Our clients can pause or cancel their service at anytime! We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice to make necessary changes to your account.
Absolutely! When you sign up we will ask whether or not our technicians are safe to enter the yard if your dog is out. If your dog has no history of aggression, our technicians would be happy to have the company!
No. It's typical for our clients to not be home during our services. As long as any gates are unlocked, we will proceed with your regular cleaning.
